Course Description
Updated theoretical knowledge and skills in energy systems, focusing on renewable gaseous and liquid energy carriers and the principles of sustainability.
- Understanding the dynamics of energy supply and demand.
- Highlighting the importance of analytical tools for assessing the environmental impacts of energy technologies (LCA).
- Analysis of the decisive role of renewable energy sources in addressing climate change and supporting the energy transition.
- Presentation of strategies for transitioning to sustainable energy solutions.
- Understanding of the organization and operation of the energy market in the European Union, giving emphasis on policies, regulations, and the integration of RES (Renewable Energy Sources) into the energy system.
- Regulatory framework for renewable fuels at National and European levels.
