Access to the Zografou Campus is easy either by public transport or by car. In particular, the main bus lines serving the campus are the following:
- Bus Line 608, Galatsi – Akadimia – Zografou Cemetery
- Bus Line 230, Acropolis – Zografou
- Bus Line 140, Polygono – Glyfada
- Bus Line 242, Katehaki Metro Station – Polytechnioupoli (Circular Route)
